How to order a monogram
The first step in ordering your monogram or name embroidery is to check out our Fonts and Monograms page. We offer a variety of the most popular embroidery fonts and monograms, as well as an assortment of designs for baby items. If you have your heart set on something you don't see on our page, please email us and we will be happy to discuss special orders.
At Original Threads we like to monogram items the traditional way, which is first name initial, last name initial (usually larger) and middle name initial. When you are placing a monogram order please enter your initials in this manner. They will be monogrammed EXACTLY as they are ordered. Should you have any questions, or require something special with your order please do not hesitate to contact us!
Order Time
Since all of our items are made to order please allow 7 - 10 days in house, plus shipping time. Often we are able to accommodate rush orders, so if you are in need on one please email us with a rush request and we will confirm whether or not we can meet your needs BEFORE you place the order.
Returns and Re-orders
Sorry but we are not able to accept returns on personalized items. If you have made a mistake on the personalization of an item, we will do our best to offer you a rush replacement at at your expense. If the error was our fault, your item will be replaced immediately at our expense.
Thread Colors
We are in the process of creating a chart with available thread colors. However, since colors may appear differently due to monitor variances, please trust that the colors we use compliment each and every embroidery project we complete. Here is the list of thread colors that we currently offer, if you desire another color please contact us to check for availability.
